Biography:

Dov Gorshein, MD, is a radiation oncologist board-certified in internal medicine, medical oncology, hematology, and radiation oncology who serves as Medical Director of Sovereign Health Cancer Care at Wayne, NJ.

A graduate of the Hebrew University Hadassah Medical School and Harvard Medical School’s Radiation Oncology residency program, Dr. Gorshein served as Chairman of the Chilton Hospital Radiation Oncology Department for 20 years prior to joining Sovereign Health Cancer Care. At Sovereign Health’s Cancer Center of Wayne, Dr. Gorshein oversees a department that provides a comprehensive array of radiotherapy services, including intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT), image-guided radiotherapy (IGRT), stereotactic radiosurgery, and high-dose rate brachytherapy. Dr. Gorshein is a Clinical Associate Professor at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and is the author of numerous scientific papers. He is well respected in the community for his compassion and his dedication to patient care.
